  9. Once mushrooms loose most of thier moisture add 2-3 tbs of oil. Add 2 chopped onions remaining garlic cloves and start sauteing---------- Add crushed tomatoes and any preferred spices--------- continue simmering.
  10. Add as much sour cream as you want, i stop once the veggie stew gets its creamy tomato color. ----------- Add water (enough to drown the stuffed peppers and remaing meat balls) -------- BOIL
  11. Arrange your stuffed meaty deliciousness to the bottom of the pot ------- dump meat balls on top -------- Cover lid------ Reach BOILing point ------- Medium to Simmer Heat 40-50min.
