- Find and remove cloves from pork. Shred pork.
- Mix shredded pork with BBQ sauce to desired consistency. If BBQ sauce is thick, mix with water prior to mixing with pork to prevent drying out the pork.
- Dice small onion. Mix onion with pork to taste.
- Turn crock pot to high for 1-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
