- 1 tbsp each Sake, ketchup, Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 1 to 2 packs Coffee creamer (or milk)

- Slice the onion (if you're using it) thinly. Pull apart the meat with your hands and sprinkle with salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of flour. Mix with your hands.
